At Vanimy, we take pride in crafting meaningful jewelry that commemorates your special moments. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Below is our comprehensive 60-Day Return & Exchange Policy.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Authorization Required: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Time Frame: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 60 days from the date you received your order.
  • Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, free of scratches, wear, resizing, or alterations.
  • Shipping Method: You must use a trackable shipping method for returns or exchanges. Packages without tracking will not be processed.
  • Promotional Gifts: Any promotional gifts received with the purchase must be included in the return. If not included, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from the refund.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on the package you received. This is not the return address for our after-sales department and may delay processing.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Worn or Altered Items: Jewelry that has been worn, damaged, or altered is non-refundable and will be returned to you at your expense.
  • Replacements or Exchanges: Items sent as a replacement or exchange are not eligible for refunds.
  • Customized Products: Customized jewelry cannot be resold, so they are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Discounted Items: Items purchased as part of a clearance sale or at a discounted price are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These products are offered at reduced prices to clear inventory, and due to their limited availability and nature, they cannot be resold once returned. 
Exchange Policy

  • Shipping Fees: For exchanges due to non-product defects, you are responsible for return and reshipping fees.
  • Price Adjustments: If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the price difference must be paid before the replacement is shipped. For exchanges to a lower-priced item, the price difference will be refunded to the original payment method within 1-3 business days after successful delivery of the replacement.
Refunds

  • Processing Time: Returns will be processed within 5 business days after receipt of your package.
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and cannot be transferred to other accounts.
  • For orders with free shipping, the refund amount will be reduced by the shipping cost incurred and a restocking fee.
* Restocking Fee: A restocking fee helps cover the costs associated with processing returns, such as inspecting, repackaging, and restocking items back into inventory. It also helps us maintain fair pricing for all customers by offsetting expenses related to returned products.

Damaged Items

If your jewelry is damaged during shipping due to bumps or collisions, we take full responsibility and will replace the item at no additional cost. Please contact us immediately if you encounter such issues.

Cancellation Policy

  • Before Processing: Orders canceled before processing will not incur charges.
  • After Processing: Once the order is being processed, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you will need to wait for the package to arrive before any further actions can be taken.
  • Customized Orders: Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
