Please note that if every item in your order has the Free Shipping sticker, you won't need to select shipping – We will automatically ship through the best method based on the order size and destination.

Customization:

For customized orders, please allow an additional 10-15 days for us to create your personalized item. Customization requires extra time and care to ensure your product meets your specifications.

Therefore, please be aware that the total time from placing your order to receiving your items will be the sum of the order processing time (1-3 business days) and the shipping time. For customized orders, you will also need to add the customization time of 10-15 days.
